Friends of Scouting

Friends of Scouting is the annual campaign where the Western Colorado Council asks for general operating support from Scouting families, businesses, and civic minded citizens to fund our mission of providing the Scouting program to thousands of young people on the Western Slope.

Council Endowment Giving

Gifts to the Western Colorado Council endowment fund is the best way to ensure long term financial support of the Scouting program.uncil. The endowment is required to be spent in a certain way or invested, with the principal to remain intact in perpetuity. It is an investment into our future.

Capital Giving & Gift In-Kind

Support our facilities and customer service centers through financial and in-kind donations. We are always in need of materials for programs and office supplies. We value gifts of professional expertise in areas like PR, marketing, design, IT, and others.

Camperships - Send a Scout to Camp 

 Our Council has set aside a fund that exists soley to send Scouts to Camp regardless of the financial stress that may exist in homes where funds are limited.  The purose of the Campership fund to relieve such stress and provide a safe, happy, and fun Boy Scout Camp experience to those Scouts in need.

Vehicle Donations

 The Western Colorado Council is the recipient of all proceeds from the sale of vehicles donated to One Car One Difference^®.  Use your donated vehicle to help us ensure the future of America's youth.
