Online Registration via BeAScout

BeAScout is the BSA Membership website that families find through an internet search about scouting. This website asks the person for their Zip Code and a map appears showing all units, as Unit Pins, chartered by organizations near that Zip Code. Once they select a Unit Pin for a Pack or Troop, they can then submit a Lead (request for more information) via email to the contact listed to that Unit Pin or if the unit has activated their apply status, they can click on the Join Now button and join the Pack or Troop via this website. Unit Pins on BeAScout are managed by each unit individually via My.Scouting.org. Units are also responsible to monitor their Leads and online applications via Invitation Manager and Application Manager in My.Scouting.org. Please keep your Unit Pins on BeAScout up to date with the correct current unit contact information and respond in a timely manner to all membership leads. If you have questions regarding the Unit Pin Administration for BeAScout, contact the council office.
